Stir-Fry Tofu Mushroom
With a mix of some ingredients, such as beef, tofu, mushrooms, hioko white, sweet corn we though would be a tasty menu specialties. Stir-fry tofu mushroom menu name. You could, copy-paste following recipes as a guide.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 50 Gr. onion slices transverse
- 150 gr meat, slices of beef has Julienne
- 200 gr white tofu, cut into pieces 1x1x2 cm
- 4 pieces hioko hot water Soak mushrooms until fluffy
- 75 Gr. sweet corn
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 leeks, sliced transverse
How to Make Sauted Tofu Mushroom
- Heat the oil Saute garlic and onions until wilted.
- Input the meat slices, mix well until it changes color.
- Add tofu, mushrooms and sweet corn mix well.
- Stir in soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste, Cook until the meat is cooked.
- Add the scallions, stir until wilted, lift.
- Serve warm.
