"Jadah Manten"

Ingredients:


  • 100 ml coconut milk, from 1/2 grains of coconut
  • 3 pieces of pandan leaves
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 500 g of good quality rice, soak and drain
  • 1 grain of coconuts, peeled and shredded lengthwise

Content:


  • 300 g ground beef
  • 1 sheet of bay leaf
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass
  • 1 segment galangal
  • 3 pieces of Orange leaves
  • 100 ml coconut milk from 1/2 grains of coconut

Spice Paste:


  • 1/2 tsp coriander, roasted
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 3 pieces of pecan
  • 5 shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 segment ginger
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 1 tsp caster sugar

How to Make "Jadah Manten"


  1. Contents: Saute seasoning smooth, ground beef, bay leaf, Lemongrass, galangal and lime leaves until fragrant and the meat changes color.
  2. Pour coconut milk, mix well. Cook until done and the gravy dries up. Lift and set aside.
  3. Go to: boil coconut milk, pandan leaves and salt to the boil, and set aside.
  4. Mix the sticky rice and coconut into one, mix well. steamed in a steamer until half cooked. Lift and enter in the kom dough.
  5. Pour coconut milk little by little into kom dough, mix well. Steamed sticky rice back until cooked. Lift.
  6. Enter into the batter, while heat kom mashed until smooth.
  7. Take 2 tbsp dough, fill with 1 tsp dough contents, be rounded. do the same thing until the dough runs out.
  8. Clamp with sliced bamboo, Grilled over coals until cooked, lift and serve while warm.
