Sauteed Vegetable Meat

Ingredients:
- 100 gr beef stir-fry
- 1/2 onion, finely cut
- 100 gr sprouts
- 50 Gr. carrots, cut in matchsticks
- 2 dried chilies
- 1/2 green pepper, cut the length of the bit width
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1 sprig cilantro, been weeded
- 1/4 TSP pepper powder
- 1 tbsp oil for sautéing
- Salt to taste
How to Make a Vegetable Stir-Fry Meats
- Heat oil, Saute onion until fragrant.
- Input the meat, stir until it changes color.
- Input the bean sprouts, carrots, dried chili pepper, and green pepper. Stir until Iayu.
- Add the fish sauce, sesame oil, and cilantro. Stir until blended. Add pepper, salt, and water. Stir until it sink in.
